Basic II Plumage (March bird at the start of its 4th calendar year). Note smooth trailing edge to wing. Note buffy crown and "osprey-like" eye stripe. The belly on this bird is darker, providing little contrast with brest. Bill and cere buffy yellow mottled with grey.
